Switch the Gym is a total concept of state-of-the-art workouts, luxurious service and a casual atmosphere. A concept that you have to experience for yourself. We take you through what you can expect.

1. The prelude to...

Upon entering you immediately notice: we are of the personal approach. This way, every employee knows you by name and we take your preferences into account. Whether you prefer to start your workout with cardio or strength, for example.

You then head towards the waiting area, centrally located in the gym. To chat with the other athletes, or to take a moment of rest before the training violence starts in the studio. Need a towel? It’s waiting for you. And any properties, you don’t have to worry about that anymore. This through our lockers with digital lock.

2. The workout

As soon as the doors of the sports studio open, the real work can begin. In the 55 minutes that follow, you train your whole body with an explosive mix of cardio and strength. You run, row and use weights. Among other things, you can see the calorie consumption and heart rate of you and your groupmates on the screens in real time. This way you exercise at your own level, but with the motivating power of moving in a team.

What does a typical workout look like? The Switch’ers present are divided into two groups and get to work with:

3. The urge for more

Are the 55 minutes over? Then it’s time to kick off this intense adrenaline shot. Your personal trainer will give you advice, compliment or simply a heartfelt high five at the door. Then – for those who feel like it – the chat can start in the common room. Just like philosophizing about your next sports moment. Because that’s what an effective Switch session does to you.

All that service and luxury is of course beautiful. But at least as important: achieving results. Our Switch the Gym app records your workouts and calories burned, among other things. That way you can always see at a glance how well you are doing. This provides insight, keeps you sharp and motivates. Also for you, bet?

We helpen blessures daarnaast actief te voorkomen. Onder andere met de persoonlijke begeleiding van onze professionals, en de schermen waarop je continu ziet hoe je de krachtsoefeningen goed en verantwoord uitvoeren moet.
